In order to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment to "deliver technology, solutions and policies" and the Provincial Party Committee to "serve the grassroots, serve enterprises and serve the people", and in combination with the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's "Notice on Accelerating the Resolution of Current Outstanding Issues in Volatile Organic Compounds Governance" and "Zhejiang Province's 14th Five-Year Plan for Comprehensive Volatile Organic Compounds Governance Plan" and other latest policy documents, the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment organized our society and relevant technical units to compile the "Zhejiang Province Dispersed Adsorption-Centralized Regeneration Activated Carbon Method Volatile Organic Compounds Governance System Construction Technical Guidelines (Trial)" and other 17 technical guidelines (second batch) for reference by relevant personnel in administrative agencies, enterprises, institutions, and scientific research institutes engaged in VOCs governance across the province.
